Brandy may just be having her best Christmas ever.
Just a week after unwrapping her long-awaited debut holiday album, ‘Christmas with Brandy,’ to rave reviews from critics and fans alike, the singer-actress welcomed the same response for her inaugural holiday film, ‘Best. Christmas. Ever.’
‘Best’ – which also stars Heather Graham, Matt Cedeño, Wyatt Hunt, Jason Biggs, Abby Villasmil, Madison Skye Validum, and more – was released on November 16 and within two days soared to #1 on the list of Netflix’s most-watched movies.
While the streaming giant does not reveal detailed ratings and viewership figures, the fact the star-studded venture was listed over big titles like ‘The Killer,’ ‘Spider-Man,’ and more suggests a sizable audience tuned in to see B-Rocka and co. and the hilarious holiday madness that ensued in their festive flick.
Holding the top spot for the weekend, the Mary Lambert-directed film acts as the first in a string of yuletide efforts Netflix will be unveiling this season including ‘Christmas As Usual‘ (December 6) and ‘YOH! Christmas‘ (December 15).
